Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 5 years old to 11 years old stay for QAR 200 per person per night when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A maximum of 1 luggage and 1 carry on per person is allowed on property's boat transfer service. br/ All Qatari women guests under 30 years of age must be accompanied by a male relative. Qatari men must be at least 18 years of age to stay alone in a guest room, suite or villa. br/ Children 6-12 years old will be charged QAR 200 per child per night when using existing bedding. br/ Children aged 6 to 12 years will be charged half the adult price for breakfast. br/ On the boat transfer, only one piece of luggage per person will be allowed. Any additional bags will be charged QR 50. br/ Start from September 2023 a compulsory boat transfer needs to be arranged between Al Shyoukh Port and Banana Island. Kindly contact the property for more details. br/ The property does not accept bookings from non-married couples. All couples checking into the same room must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in as per the law. Otherwise, the property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked. br/ The property does not serve alcoholic drinks. br/ Ther guests are not allowed to bring food, beverages or Shisha from outside. br/ Boat trips from Shyoukh Port to Banana Island are as follows: 9:00 AM, 10 AM and every hour from 13:00 PM till 19:00 PM.
